[P]     [SIZE=3]这个帖子我三年前发过一次，时隔三年之后我想向各位汇报一下我的心得。[/SIZE][/P][P][SIZE=3]     首先我觉得老师一般会在这几种情况下跟学生谈话：一学生出现困惑的时候，老师要及时对学生进行引导、鼓励、支持等措施进行的谈话，主要目的是帮学生分析问题解决问题，这个时候我觉得老师应当多听学生讲，再根据学生的困难进行有必要的指导和支持。二学生学习或行为习惯出现反常或动荡时要跟学生谈话，主要目的是把学生引导到常规学习的正规上来。这样的谈话首先老师要对学生的近期的情况要有全面的了解，然后对指出学习的理想状态是怎样的，结合学生的现状指出他的不足，然后跟学生一起商量探讨出有效的措施。尤其是在考试之前或考试之后，学生思想波动较大的时候。平时出现这类情况就要另当别论了。[/SIZE][/P]

[SIZE=3]三是学生违纪之后要对学生批评教育的谈话，这个时候班主任要认真剖析学生所犯的错误，所说的问题一定要实，否则学生会顶撞老师，班主任的威信会大打折扣。让学生充分的认识到自己的错误，在对其进行多方位的人生观、价值观、为人处世的方式方法等方面的教育。四是学生日常谈话，日常谈话主要是关心是的个别辅导，老师跟学生的谈话可以没有很明确的主题，但是一定要学生明确你是在关心他，在关注他。五是学校或班级出台了新规定核心要求的时候有些学生的适应能力较差或者思想比较固执需要个别辅导，这个时候老师对学生要讲明这些规定的目的，以及实施之后的效果，也就是好处，同时要给学生摆出自己的态度，同时限定初步整改期限。[/SIZE]

[P][SIZE=4]在这个天气转暖，草长莺飞的时期，学校的活动很频繁，因此学生显得异常躁动，上课几分钟教室内非常吵闹严重影响课堂效率，晚就寝时常常拖到11点，下课的时候有些较活跃的学生在里面疯跑打闹。虽然在班上多次批评说教但是效果不太好，后来召集班委会和团支部的同学开会强化班干部意识，并且利用他们的影响力感染班上其他同学，居然班风立马的到了扭转。[/SIZE][/P]
